Your display name, profile photo, country, city, age, bio, interests, and online status are visible to other Atlasst users. Messages are visible to the recipient only.

CCPA rights (California residents)

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Profile photos and media are stored in a private bucket accessible only via expiring signed URLs. No method of storage is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

8. Children's Privacy

Atlasst is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact atlasst.dev@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.

Our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required by law, such transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

By downloading or using Atlasst, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Atlasst mobile application and website. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your password, notify us of any unauthorized use, and operate only one account. You must be at least 16 years old.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Atlasst a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have the necessary rights to post it.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not verify the identity of users or the accuracy of information they provide. Atlasst is not responsible for the conduct of users or for any meetings arranged through the app.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLASST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO ATLASST IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice for any violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings in the app. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid subscription fees.

Cookie Policy

The Atlasst App

The Atlasst mobile app does not use browser cookies. The app uses device-local storage managed by the operating system solely to maintain your authentication session between app launches. No third-party tracking is used within the app.

This Website

The Atlasst website uses only the minimal cookies necessary for it to function securely. We do not use advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data Deletion

You have the right to have your personal data permanently deleted. You can do this directly in the app, or by contacting us.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

Open Atlasst and go to your Profile tab.

Tap the Settings icon in the top right corner.

Scroll down and tap Delete Account.

Tap I understand, continue.

Type DELETE in the confirmation box and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately. All data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you no longer have access to your account, email deletion@atlasstapp.net with the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once complete.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Atlasst → Cancel.
Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Atlasst → Cancel.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google directly.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen tap Forgot password?, enter your email address, and follow the link sent to your inbox. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

My push notifications are not working.

Make sure notifications are enabled for Atlasst in your device Settings.
iOS: Settings → Atlasst → Notifications → Allow Notifications.
Android: Settings → Apps → Atlasst → Notifications → Allow.
If still not working, try logging out and back in to refresh your device token.

How do I report a user?

Open their profile, tap the menu, and select Report. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours. You can also email atlasst.dev@gmail.com with the user's display name and a description of the issue.

I found a bug or have a feature request.

Email atlasst.dev@gmail.com with the subject line "Bug report" or "Feature request". Please include your device type, OS version, and a description of the issue.
